The check-in was easy, the service was good, plus perfect location. I loved how stocked and well laid out the room was. Had fresh made breakfast with bacon and almond milk, for instance. There was a VERY NICE restaurant, shops and the main shopping centre next door. Pretty close to the airport, 0.5 km.

The bathroom was mouldy and Wi-Fi was very poor.

Great value, top location, pleasant views. The beach was lively. Also, hot water and other tourist destinations were at a small distance. Big bed, tasteful room. The entire staff were eager to help and obliging. Spectacular hotel and special service.

Great hotel, we really enjoyed it. Right by the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. The bed was spacious as expected.

This hotel has a nice reception. Furthermore, it had a free parking onsite. We thoroughly enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Jesters Pies;)))

Good sleep in a spacious bed. Third Place Cafe, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel. Good home base for a trip in Rotorua.
